Potato Burrito Bowl

INGREDIENTS:

  • Monstruo de Gila Sonoran Salsa

  • 16 oz. ground beef

  • 1 yellow onion

  • 2 Pasilla peppers

  • 2 large bell peppers

  • 6 medium potatoes small diced

  • Mexican cheese blend

  • Guacamole

  • Lime

  • Southwest chipotle seasoning

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Smoked paprika

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Small dice potatoes

  2. In a bowl, toss potatoes, a drizzle of olive oil and seasonings to coat

  3. Air fry potatoes at 400° for 10-15 mins

  4. Chop peppers and onion into slivers

  5. Sauté veggies until browned and tender

  6. Cook beef until cooked through

  7. Drain excess oil

  8. Add Sonoran sauce

  9. Serve in a bowl topped with guacamole, lime, and cheese
