Avocado Toast



INGREDIENTS:

  • Monstruo de Gila New Mexico Salsa

  • Bread (we used fresh sourdough)

  • Avocado

  • Cotija cheese

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Toast a piece of bread

  2. Slice avocado lengthwise

  3. Add avocado slices to bread

  4. Drizzle with New Mexico Salsa

  5. Sprinkle with cotija cheese

  6. Enjoy!
